Sudi had earlier graced a fundraiser in Kabarnet, Baringo County alongside his colleagues including Reuben Kiborek and a video was shared on social media showing a chopper allegedly carrying Sudi and his colleagues emitting flames before take-off.
According to the video, the chopper emitted flames as it prepared to take-off from the ground. This left a section of onlookers who were standby to witness the take-off, shocked.
"Inatoa Moto" a section of residents were heard shouting as they tried to alert the pilot.
However, the chopper finally took off despite the concerns from onlookers who from their exclamations appeared to be worried.
"Scary moment as helicopter carrying Kapseret MP Oscar Kipchumba Sudi and other leaders was seen emitting flames from its exhaust(tailpipe) before take off in Kabarnet." Reads an update by Northrift News accompanied by a video capturing the dramatic take-off.
