"Hii ni Mambo Kani" Drama as Muthama And Wife Sit Apart During Mourning Sessions For Their Late Son

Machakos was a scene of grief and solemnity on Saturday as the body of Moses Muthama Nduya, son of Parliamentary Service Commissioner Johnson Muthama, arrived from the mortuary ahead of burial. The family and mourners gathered to pay their last respects, but the ceremony also highlighted the political sensitivities surrounding the Muthama family.

The funeral, held in Machakos, saw former Senator Johnson Muthama and Senator Agnes Kavindu seated separately. The two organized distinct mourning sessions for their only son, a reflection of their personal grieving styles. Despite the sadness, tension was noticeable as political affiliations of attendees became a point of attention.
