The MP, who was reacting to the nominations made in the Ministry of Foreign Service, noted that the top seats were given to members from other communities.
He criticized Head of Public Service, Felix Koskei, for discriminating against the Luo community.
He also slammed Embakasi East Member of Parliament, Honorable Babu Owino, and Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna for allegedly wanting to destroy the Orange Democratic Movement party.
Hon. Kaluma, who was speaking about the current political situation, said that the exit of the two politicians is not going to affect the party, affirming that the late former Prime Minister Raila Odinga had supporters from Western before Sifuna joined.
Meanwhile, Orange Democratic Movement party Chairperson, Governor Gladys Wanga, has called on all members to consult ODM Party leader Dr. Oburu Odinga before making any statements.
Governor Wanga affirmed that ODM will remain in the broad-based government and that its party leader is Dr. Oburu Odinga.
