Raila Will Abandon Ruto Before The End of This Year - Embattled Senator Gloria Orwoba

Former Nominated Senator Gloria Orwoba has once again made headlines after speaking openly on the Oga Obinna Show.

Known for her bold and direct statements, the senator did not hold back as she shared her views on politics, the media, and law enforcement in Kenya.

During the interview, Orwoba criticized several prominent figures. She singled out State House digital strategist Dennis Itumbi, Interior Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo, and fellow legislator Karen Nyamu.

She claimed that some political allies forget those who supported them once they rise to power.

“I helped PS Raymond Omollo become the person he is today, but he no longer picks my calls. There are too many fake friends in politics,” she said.

The senator also spoke about ongoing changes in Kenya’s police service. She referenced the case of Central OCS Taalam, suggesting that some officers are now refusing to follow “orders from above” that they see as questionable.

She described this as a turning point in how law enforcement interacts with politicians, signaling a shift toward more independent decision-making within the police.

Orwoba’s remarks did not stop at politics and the police. She made a bold prediction about the country’s top leaders, saying that former Prime Minister Raila Odinga will part ways with President William Ruto before the end of the year.

“Raila will abandon Ruto before the end of this year,” she said, a statement that has already sparked discussions about the future of the political truce between the two leaders.

In addition, Orwoba expressed frustration with mainstream media, particularly Citizen TV. She claimed she has been blacklisted and is no longer invited for interviews.

“I have been sidelined by the media. It feels like I am being ignored deliberately,” she added.
