ODM Urged to Urgently Start Process of Looking For Stand-in Party Leader to Replace Oburu

Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party has been urged to begin the process of looking for a stand-in Party Leader to replace Dr. Oburu.

Oburu Oginga took over as Party Leader months ago following the demise of his brother Raila Odinga.

However, Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai has now come out and urged the ODM Party to urgently commence the process of looking for a stand-in Party Leader to replace Oburu whenever he would not able to personally lead party activities.

According to Alai, the Top ODM Leadership risk killing Oburu by demanding that he keeps flying around in choppers all the time, something he says may affect his well-being and in the end make him not live long.

Robert Alai has thus advised that the ODM Party must begin grooming a New Party Leader or they will be forced to fold it and find a New Vehicle (party).

"Wacha niseme! ODM must urgentky start the process of looking for a stand-in Party Leader to replace Dr Oburu whenever he’d not be able to personally lead party activities. The top ODM leadership will kill Dr. Oburu by demanding that he fly in choppers all the time, affecting his well-being, and even not live his age. New party leader must be groomed now or we fold the party and find new vehicle." Reads Robert Alai's full message.
