In what was not expected, President William Ruto came out gun blazing in a war of words describing the former Deputy President as a tribal leader who thrives in dividing Kenyans.
In a statement that has caused Kenyans to react, Babu Owino has stated that top leaders should not be in the forefront in using insults against each other.
According to Babu Owino, the verbal exchange is a wrong example set up for the upcoming leaders.
"Leaders who are at the apex of leadership in this country, what example are they showing to those that are coming after them? Must leadership be full of insults and goonism?" Questioned Babu Owino.
