His popularity has also skyrocketed in a short while with many of his supporters disagreeing with the ODM leadership to oust Senator Sifuna from leadership.
Many have even been asking the Senator to vie for the country's top office in the next General election as Ruto's competitor, alleging that there is a likelihood of the young population supporting him.
Speaking about the Nairobi Senator, a former Azimio campaign manager and Lawyer Saitabao Ole Kanchory has argued that it will be unwise for Sifuna to vie for Presidency in the next election.
According to the Lawyer, the temptation must be resisted since many of those who made their intention clear due to popularity have now been forgotten.
"Sifuna must resist any temptation of being a presidential candidate. We've already had at least 5 on these streets who were led on and abandoned as soon as they answered the call." Stated the former Azimio campaign manager.
The Lawyer has insisted that removing President Ruto from office will not happen by fronting more Presidential candidates but settling for one.
"We will defeat Ruto by settling on one presidential candidate not having more of them," he added.
