Millie Odhiambo has said she agrees with President William Ruto when he says in 2027 “kila mtu ajipange na kazi yake.” She says this is not just small talk. It is a serious message for every Kenyan. Every person must wake up and find their own work.
Nobody can just sit and wait for someone to give them everything. Life does not work like that. If you want money, food, house, or better life, you must plan and work hard.
You cannot depend only on government, leaders, handouts, or favors. Real life is about moving for yourself and not waiting for things to fall from sky.
Millie says this is very important for young people. Many young people just wait. They sit at home, do nothing, and wait for government job. Some think politician will give them job because of loyalty or support. That one is wrong.
Millie says the same as President Ruto — you must think, act, and find your own way. If you have skills, use them. If you can farm, farm. If you can sell, sell. If you can start small business, start it. Every small work you do adds up. You build life, family, and community.
She also says this line is about pride and respect. When you work with your own hands, you feel good. You feel proud. You do not depend on anyone.
Your family sees you and says, “This person can take care of themselves, we can trust them.” That kind of person, society respects. That kind of person, nation grows.
Millie says government still has role. Government can help people with policies, training, money to start business, and chance for young people. But the main work must come from citizens themselves. Everyone must plan, work, and take responsibility.
So Millie Odhiambo agrees with president. “Kila mtu ajipange na kazi yake” is simple but very deep. If every Kenyan follows this, in 2027 we will have people working hard, proud, independent, and building life. Kenya will shine, grow, and be strong because people will stop waiting and start doing.
