"Usijaribu" Cate Waruguru Delivers Coded Message Amid Push to Welcome Sifuna to Join Gachagua's DCP Party

Former Laikipia Woman Representative Cate Waruguru has left many speculating whether she is also wooing the immediate former ODM Party SG Edwin Sifuna to join the Democracy for Citizens' Party.

In a post on Facebook, Waruguru likened the ODM Party to a dried up orange, whose juice (Edwin Sifuna) has been squeezed up.

"They say they’ve removed Sifuna. ODM, the Orange Democratic Movement, has just squeezed out its own juice. What remains now is a dry peel being paraded as fresh fruit.

"If Edwin W. Sifuna was the fire behind “Wantam,” then someone has poured water on their own rally. You do not remove the juice from the orange and still expect people to line up for a taste.

"Perhaps this is a new political recipe: serve the public the peel and call it a feast.Chama dry pulp, now running on pulp fiction," Cate Waruguru wrote on Facebook.

All the same, it remains to be seen if Edwin Sifuna will challenge his removal in a court of law.
