OPINION: Name Of Top Rift Valley Politician Who Might Soon Join Pres. Ruto's Camp a Head of The August Polls

President William Ruto used to having two main political critics from the larger Rift Valley region one of them being the former Baringo senator Gideon Moi who has seemingly agreed to join the Broad Based Government following the Wednesday's closed door meeting with the head of state and government president William Ruto.

Gideon who was expected to submit his papers at the IEBC offices today between 11am and 12pm failed to submit his papers as details alleges that he had agreed on Wednesday to drop out of the race in favour of the UDA candidate.

Another politician from the rift valley region who has been Ruto's critics is the former Nandi Hills member of parliament Hon. Alfred Keter who lost his seat in the last general election.

Keter might soon join the president William Ruto's team as he is now the only man standing from the Rift Valley who not joined the Kenya Kwanza government of president William Ruto.

Politics in Kenya is tribal and hence the UDA party is seen as the predominant political party in the larger Rift Valley region and this could therefore compel him to join the Kenya Kwanza administration of president Ruto for him to survive politically.

Politics in Kenya is dynamic and anything is possible with our politicians and hence all eyes on him whether he will join the Kenya Kwanza administration or not.
