Beautiful Photos of Kakamega MCA Who Burned Clothes of Unnamed MP for Cheating on Her, Emerges

Kakamega County politician Sylvia Muteshi has found herself in the spotlight after a dramatic video of her burning clothes went viral on social media.

The Member of County Assembly (MCA) admitted her actions were wrong and has since issued a public apology to her constituents and to a fellow politician believed to be at the center of the controversy.

The clip, which surfaced over the weekend, showed Ms. Muteshi setting fire to clothes she claimed belonged to her lover, accusing him of being unfaithful.

In the video, she angrily lashed out at the politician, accusing him of entertaining other women whom she insultingly referred to as “prostitutes.”

Although she did not mention his name directly, reports circulating online suggested that the man involved was Bishop Titus Khamala, the Member of Parliament for Lurambi Constituency.

The allegations quickly fueled public debate, with many Kenyans reacting strongly to the incident. Facing mounting pressure, Ms. Muteshi came forward to apologise.

Speaking in a remorseful tone, she admitted that the incident had embarrassed not only herself but also the people she represents.

She pleaded with residents of Kakamega and Kenyans at large to forgive her for what she described as an emotional outburst.

Interestingly, the MCA also clarified that none of the clothes she burned actually belonged to the MP.

Instead, she explained that the items were clothes she had initially intended to gift him but chose to destroy out of anger.

Her apology has not stopped the conversation online. Some Kenyans have demanded that authorities take action against her, arguing that leaders must act responsibly regardless of personal issues.

Others sympathised with her, saying she was only human and had acted out of frustration.
