My name is Patrick, a bar owner from Mbarara, Uganda, and I want to share my story to encourage others in the hospitality business who are struggling with profits.

My bar was always full, especially at night. Customers would come in large numbers, drinks were flowing, and from the outside, everything looked successful.

But surprisingly, I still had no money at the end of the day.As time went on, the situation became frustrating. Despite the high number of customers, I could not see real profit.
