Cabinet Secretary for Health Aden Duale has stirred debate after sharing a 2007 campaign poster from his time in the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), highlighting his early role in the party’s formation.
In his post, Duale emphasized that he was among the founding members of ODM during its formative years under Raila Amolo Odinga as party leader.
He also referenced current President William Ruto, who served as deputy leader at the time, alongside Prof. Anyang Nyong'o as secretary general and Henry Kosgey as national chair. Duale noted that he once held the position of vice chair for political affairs within the party.
