Natembeya Statement On President William Ruto's Recent Remarks To The Opposition

The president of Kenya His Excellency William Samoei Ruto yesterday found himself in the middle of war of words between him and the opposition figures.

A good number of leaders have responded to the remarks made including the Trans Nzoia Governor Hon. George Natembeya.

Natembeya has broken his silence saying that the office of the president demands decorum, restraints, and also respect.

According to him the president office is an image of the country which should be respected at all times.

Natembeya has informed Kenyans that once those occupying the office of the president start engaging in insults and undignified remarks, it lowers the dignity of the president's office.
