The funny man actually has the goal of being the next Member of Parliament for Chesumei Constituency, that is located in Nandi County.
Senge Helena actually made this big announcement via posts that he made on both his Instagram account and Facebook accounts respectively.
Taking to his instagram account, the comedian shared a photo of what looked like his campaign poster.
He then accompanied it with a caption in which he revealed why he wanted to be given that job in 2027.
"A fresh mind. A clean heart. A better Chesumei.
Leadership with vision, energy and integrity. Ready to serve. Ready to deliver. Chesumei first" he said.
Taking to his Facebook account, Senge Helena shared a photo of himself, and then he accompanied it with a caption in which he confirmed that he was switching from comedy to politics.
"Comedy gave me a voice. Chesumei gives me purpose.
I made people laugh; now i want to make life better.
From entertaining crowds to serving communities. #mochomegeisenge" he said.
If Senge Helena is indeed serious about wanting to be the next Chesumei Constituency Member of Parliament, then he will be seeking to succeed the current holder of that office, Hon. Paul Biego.
Hon. Paul Kibichy Biego actually became the Chesumei MP in the August 2022 general elections, after he won the seat via the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket.
