The crash occurred early Thursday morning, December 25, near Kedowa Trading Centre in Kericho County, involving a Toyota Probox and a Mercedes-Benz Actros truck.
According to preliminary reports from Kericho County police commander James Nyatich, the Probox, which was ferrying six passengers—suspected to be young men—collided head-on with the truck while traveling towards Nakuru.
“At around 5 a.m., a Probox ferrying six passengers was rammed into an oncoming truck around the Kedowa area,” confirmed Nyatich.
