Former MP Keter Reacts As CS Opiyo Says Raila Instructed Them to Work with Pres Ruto Till the End

Former Nandi Hills Member of Parliament, Honorable Alfred Keter, has hit out at Energy Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi for claiming that the late Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga directed them to back President William Ruto in the 2027 presidential elections in Kenya.

Speaking during a function in Marsabit, CS Opiyo stated, 

"We got into the broad-based government with the permission of Raila. Before his demise, Raila had shown us the way. He ordered us to work with President William Ruto, and that is one of the main reasons why we are going to work with President until the end."

CS Opiyo went on to say that some of them were going to ensure that the President gets a second term

" Some of us have actually decided to support President William Ruto to get his second term." CS Opiyo.
