Tragic Night Near Quickmat Waruku As Bleeding Man Succumbs To Injuries After Being Dropped By Overspeeding Car

A heartbreaking incident shocked residents near Quickmat in the Waruku area, off Waiyaki Way, after a young man was found bleeding and unconscious by the roadside.

The scene drew attention from passersby who quickly alerted the police upon realizing the man’s critical condition.

According to reports, the man, later identified as 24-year-old Julius Musau, had been dropped off by a speeding car that immediately drove away.

Witnesses say the car disappeared into the night before anyone could note its registration number.

Police officers who arrived at the scene rushed the severely injured man to Eagles Hospital in Kangemi for emergency treatment.

Sadly, despite doctors’ best efforts, Julius succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment.

He had sustained deep wounds on his right hand and shoulder, injuries that left both medics and investigators questioning what really happened before he was dumped by the roadside.

Police have since launched a full investigation into the matter. They are working to establish whether the incident was a case of hit-and-run, a robbery gone wrong, or a targeted attack.

Detectives have also appealed to anyone with information to come forward and help shed light on the mysterious circumstances surrounding Julius’s final moments.

Residents around the area have expressed fear and concern, urging authorities to increase patrols and street lighting along that stretch of the road, which has recently become known for several unexplained incidents.

One local resident told The Eastleigh Voice that the road becomes dangerous late at night, with few vehicles passing by and limited police presence.

As investigations continue, Julius’s body has been moved to the city mortuary pending postmortem and further police procedures.

His family and friends are now left mourning a young life cut short in unclear circumstances.
