USA Responds As President Ruto Expresses Concern Over Kenya Police Mission in Haiti

The United States of America has pledged to rally support for the transition of the Kenya-led Multinational Security Support mission in Haiti following an impassioned plea by the President of Kenya, His Excellency, William Ruto.

Sources have confirmed that the President called the international community’s failure to support Haiti as (unacceptable, indefensible, & simply wrong) urging urgent action with a clear mandate, predictable resources and logistics.

Speaking about the situation in Haiti, President William Ruto noted the Kenya officers' success in driving the gangs of Haiti from key sites, restoring police facilities, reopening roads & reviving schools & hospitals, all at only 40% strength.

The Kenyan government deployed over 400 police officers to Haiti with the aim of stopping the ongoing Gang violence that has so far led to the death of over seven hundred civilians.

The notorious gangs of Haiti led by gang leaders such as Jimmy Barbecue is reported to have taken over parts of the city which are currently being recaptured by the Kenya police who are leading the mission.

The Gang leader was declared wanted by the United States of America, the President of USA, His Excellency, Donald Trump expressed his concern over the ongoing Gang violence in Haiti stating that something needs to be done in order to put an end to the many gangs that have been emerging, destroying parts of the Capital.
