Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti has urged the president William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza administration to speed up the implementation of development projects in her county and across the Ukambani region.
Speaking on Sunday in Masinga sub-county, the Azimio la Umoja governor stressee that her administration has fully cooperated in facilitating these initiatives.
“We have shown our commitment by offering all the necessary support,” Governor Wavinya said.
The governor revealed that her office has allocated land for the construction of modern markets, submitted a full list of stalled road projects to the relevant ministries, and maintained a conducive environment for intergovernmental collaboration.

Her appeal comes as Ukambani residents express concern over delays in the rollout of national projects, despite the availability of land and resources provided by county governments.
