The Head of State His Excellency President William Ruto has revealed to the public what late Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Hon Raila Amollo Odinga kept on saying during the last difficult months of his life and why he (Raila) changed his plans of seeking medical treatment in Germany.
