According to leaked WhatsApp messages seen by DAILY POST, Ogolla is said to have confronted the MP, accusing Cebbie who is allegedly dating Atandi of harassing him and his new wife.
The messages suggest that Cebbie has been communicating directly and indirectly with Ogolla, despite their separation.
In one of the exchanges, Ogolla strongly denied claims that he had sent Cebbie an email warning her against dating the legislator. “I have never sent such an email, and I don’t care who Cebbie dates or marries,” he reportedly wrote.
The outspoken lawyer went on to clarify that he no longer communicates with his ex-wife.
He said the last time they spoke was months ago when Cebbie allegedly called him after hearing that he had been seen with another woman at Serena Hotel.
“I told her upfront that I am dating — now married — and she shouldn’t indulge me on what people tell her about me,” Ogolla wrote. He added.
Ogolla further accused Cebbie of trying to destroy his new marriage by spreading false information.
According to him, she has been telling people that he is a violent man, an allegation he dismissed as malicious and meant to cause trouble between him and his wife.
