Alleged Son of Kibaki Tells Court What Mum and Kibaki Told Him at a Past Dinner in Amboseli

A man claiming to be Kibaki's son has alleged what his mother and Kibaki told him at a past dinner meeting in Amboseli.

Addressing the Court, the man identified as Jacob Ocholla who is currently challenging Kibaki's will, revealed that he met Kibaki in 1992 when he was twenty two years.

According to Ocholla, he together with his mother met Kibaki at Amboseli Grill and had dinner.

It's during the meeting, that Ocholla claimed his mother made a revelation that rendered him speechless.

"There both mum and dad confirmed to me that they didn't want to subject me to a lot of injustice and so they felt it was important that they tell me who I really was" Jacob Ocholla said.

Ocholla claimed that his mother told him that Mwai Kibaki is his biological father and that their hands even look similar.

"Mum said, 'this one seated here is your biological father. Even if you look at his hands and your hands you will notice some similaritiy'. I was tactile, I didn't have anything to say" Ocholla said.

Ocholla further claimed that Mwai Kibaki confirmed what his mother told him that he was his biological father.

According to Ocholla, Kibaki stressed that they had decided to let him know the truth from them as it would be unfortunate for him to know it from the public domain considering that there were people who knew about it.

Jacob Ocholla said this in Court where he is challenging Mwai Kibaki's will, seeking a share of his wealth.

He is claiming to be the biological son of the late former President Mwai Kibaki who passed away in April 2022.

Past reports indicate that Ocholla moved to Court to challenge Kibaki's will which was written in 2016 claiming it was forged.

However, Kibaki's children who were named as sole executors dismissed the allegations.

The case has been ongoing and on Wednesday, Ocholla told the Court what his mother and Kibaki allegedly told him during their past dinner meeting in Amboseli;
