ICT and Digital Economy Cabinet Secretary William Kabogo has once again found himself at the center of public scrutiny over his dress code after photos from his trip to the United States surfaced online.

Kabogo is currently in Manhattan, New York City, accompanying President William Ruto and other top government officials for the ongoing United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
