Political commentator Weston Wanjohi has given a stern warning on what might occur to Nyandarua county senator Hon John Methu, should he fail to apologize to the Head of State His Excellency President William Ruto, the people of Nyandarua and Kenyans in general, over his (Methu's) offensive "I respect you but I don't fear you remarks."
According to Weston Wanjohi, despite the fact that John Methu chest thumped after lecturing President Ruto at his (Methu) Nyandarua's backyard and later went unprovoked, he might face dire consequences in the near future, because the system might reduce him to a nobody in the society when the right time comes.
Aside from that, Mr Wanjohi went on to add that even though courage in the society is usually admired for how it challenges injustice and inspires good leadership, reckless noise in politics might turn to a bad omen and might end up costing Methu's political career.
On a light note, Mr Wanjohi advised Senator Methu to learn to differentiate between bravery and recklessness, in bid to avoid a repeat of the same mistake in future.
